All orders can be canceled until they are being processed for shipment. Once the shipping process has started, your order cannot be canceled. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

You can submit refund request within 15 days after receiving package or after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has passed, whichever one came first.  Just send us a message on Contact Us page or contact us at support@littlemookie.com and we will refund the purchase price if your order is eligible for the refund according to our policy.


As we offer 60-days money back guarantee with full refund on all eligible orders, we do not accept returns at this point in time. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
