How accurate is your size chart?

We are trying our best provide the most accurate size chart possible for best satisfaction of our valued customers. However, please kindly allow 3-4 centimetres discrepancies on all products.

We do not recommend that you make a purchase based on the age recommendation or the size that you normally purchase for your little ones. For best fit, please compare your baby’s measurements with our size chart (available on most products).

Can I change my shipping address?

In order to ensure that you have received your order on time, please make sure that the shipping address is accurately entered when placing your order. Once the order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or modified. If you wish to change your shipping address, we advise that you track your package and reach out to the shipping courier directly.

Can I do cash on delivery or AfterPay?

Unfortunately, we do not offer these services at this moment as we are located in Canada. Any payment will be through credit cards on our website.

Where do my shipments come from?

We ship from warehouses in multiple locations which are located in China, Singapore, or USA. Due to multiple warehouse locations, you may receive several packages for your order.

Why did I not receive my order confirmation email?

You should receive your order confirmation email soon after you have placed an order. If you do not see the email, please check in your spam folder.

If you do not receive confirmation email after placing an order and after checking your spam folders, please contact us directly.

Why is my confirmation email in US Dollar?

Our default currency for all of our product database is in US Dollar (USD$). While you may have chosen to shop in your local currency, your confirmation email will be in US Dollar (USD$)

Why am I charged more than the total amount shown?

As we are located in Canada, the amount charged will be in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). The amount you have seen in your order is the estimated amount based on the exchange rate to your local currency at the time of your pre-order. Once you have placed an order, the amount which is settled into your local currency (amount charged) may differ slightly depending on the exchange rate at the time of your order.

How do I know if my package has been shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email indicating your order number and corresponding tracking information. Please enter the correct email address while placing the order to ensure that the confirmation email is received.

How long is the processing time for my refund?

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed and processed. If the refund is taking longer than 14 days, please contact your financial institutions for assistance. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
